30 Days Refund Privilege *GoFavor.com is dedicated to delighting you with your purchase and our services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days (of the date you received it) for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping, handling, or other additional charges.

Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)

Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.

Required Conditions: For a Refund or a Replacement, products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
